RETURN POLICY

*** EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST, 2021Due to an increase in COVID-19, we won’t be able to accept any return  until further notice. Our safety and that of our customers is important to us.

  • We accept return for an exchange only or store credit, no refund.

  •  Items to be exchanged should be unworn and returned in good condition (new, with tags).

  • Items returned can only be exchanged for a regular priced item, not sales or promo items.

  •  All items bought on sales or with a promo code are final sales.

  • We do not accept an exchange or a return whatsoever on all our Ivory/off-white/white clothes, bodysuits, headbands, Jewelry and intimate Items.

  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping cost incurred. Returned items will be a store credit after shipping cost has been deducted. Store credit expires after 45 days from the day the item was returned.

  • Package should be returned within 3-5 business days from  the day it was received. We won't accept any return after the fifth day.

  •  Package to be returned should be sent with tracking and signature as we may not receive them otherwise signed for. We won’t be responsible for any lost package shipped without signature.

  • For returns, contact us via email to get a return approval code with instructions with return address details.

 

  • Item(s) sent for exchange or store credit  is usually processed within 3-7 business days, if needed urgently be sure to email us.
