At Fancy Ladyz, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange under the conditions below:

 

Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

• All tags must still be attached.

• Items must be free of makeup, perfume, stains or deodorant marks.

 

Please Note:

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or item (based on availability). If the item you want is sold out, we will issue a store credit so that you can shop for something else you love.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale or discontinued items.

• Accessories (including jewelry, bags, belts, headbands).

• Bodysuits and undergarments.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@fancyladyz.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions'

3. Ship the item(s) back within 3 days of approval.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT FANCY LADYZ ARE INSPECTED FOR DEFECTS AND PACKAGED PROTECTIVELY BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OUT.​​

• Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes for purchases. Items returned due to non-payment of duties and taxes and items returned for non-pickup by the customer from the post office or courier will incur shipping fees for the return as well as a 25% re-stocking fee.
