RETURN POLICY for Fancy Ladyz Women's Clothing & Accessories

    We will accept returns for exchanges only, No Refund.

 

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT FANCY LADYZ ARE INSPECTED FOR DEFECT AND PACKAGED PROTECTIVELY BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OUT, NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR THIS REASON.

  •   Items on sale are  final sale.

  •  Items to be exchanged should be unworn and returned in good condition (new, with tags if it includes one).

  • Items returned can only be exchanged for a regular priced item, not sales or promo items.

  • We do not accept an exchange or a return whatsoever on all our Ivory/off-white/white clothes, bodysuits, headbands, Jewelry and intimate Items.

  • The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returning the item and for the replacement. 

  • Package should be returned should be initiated within 3-5 business days from  the day it was received. We won't accept any return after the fifth day.

  •  Package to be returned should be sent with tracking and signature as we may not receive them otherwise signed for. We won’t be responsible for any lost package shipped for returns without a signature.

  • For returns, contact us via email at info@fancyladyz.com to get a return approval with instructions and return address details.

  • Buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Items returned for non-payment of duties and taxes and items returned for non-pickup by customer from the post office or courier will incur shipping fees for the return as well as a 20% re-stocking fee.

 

  • Item(s) sent for exchange or store is/are usually processed when the return is/are received, usually 2-3 business days. If needed urgently, be sure to email us.
