CANADA SHIPPING

 

All available items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (holidays might affect this). We currently use Canada Post Xpresspost mail for all our local shipping and Standard shipping for our free standard shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Customers can pick the best shipping service they prefer at checkout, we highly recommend DHL and UPS for International shipping.

 

SIGNATURE TRACKING

We do not add Signature confirmation on packages, if your location isn’t secured and you want to append your signature at delivery, make sure you include on note when placing your order or send an email to info@fancyladyz.com after you placed your order.

Only DHL EXPRESS shipping comes with signature tracking.

During the holidays, we like to include signature tracking on orders over $120 so customers can sign for their packages at delivery due to high rate of stolen packages

 

Shipping fees are calculated at check out.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Express shipping is 1-2 business days guaranteed.

Please provide correct address at check out, as we are not responsible for any lost package as a result of wrong address or unclaimed package or unsecured location.

 

CANADA ORDERS

• Standard shipping (7-10 business days).

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after order has been shipped.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

• Canada Post Priority mail (7-14 business days) COVID-19 may affect 

• DHL (2-5 business days)

• UPS Express  (3-5 business days)

• UPS standard (7-14 business days)

 

Some Countries require tariffs to be paid on imports, customer is responsible for all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties.
